Gypsy Cothron is a dedicated resource specialist at Recovery Cafe Columbus, renowned for her unwavering commitment to helping others rebuild their lives. As a woman in long-term recovery, she provides invaluable support and guidance to individuals seeking long-term stability and healing.
Her personal journey through long-term recovery deeply informs her professional approach, blending empathy with expertise to create tailored support for individuals in recovery. Gypsy's passion for her work is driven by her own transformative experiences, making her a relatable and inspiring advocate for those on similar paths. She is celebrated not only for her extensive knowledge of recovery resources but also for her compassionate approach that empowers people to achieve lasting change.

Scott Esposito

- I live in Columbus with my wife Kenna and daughter Mila and have 2 older children, Max and Brennan.
- I’ve been an Engineer at Cummins since 2007, and in Engineering since 1989.
- My passion for helping others, and my passion for food/cooking have inspired me to become involved in Recovery Café Columbus.
Treasurer of the Board of Directors
Maria Weiss
Maria is using her financial analyst skills and business background as the Board Treasurer. She works remotely for Purina in St Louis Missouri and this provides more balance to be a part of the Columbus community. She is passionate about causes that drive equality and inclusion.
Secretary of the Board of Directors
Lynn Dole
Lynn Dole is an active member of the Columbus community, where she has been deeply involved since moving to the area in 1997. Her commitment to the recovery community is evident through her role as secretary for Recovery Café Columbus, an organization she has supported since its inception. Additionally, Lynn contributes her time and expertise as a board member for Transformational Living Ministries, which operates three sober living homes in Columbus.
Lynn's community involvement extends beyond her work with recovery programs. She is a member of the Meridian Kiwanis Club and participates actively in Asbury United Methodist Church. She is also involved with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra Association, Columbus Unit. Professionally, Lynn serves as the office manager at Century 21 Breeden Realtors.
Lynn is married to Craig, and together they have two grown children, Olivia and Ethan. Lynn remains a passionate advocate for her community, helping wherever she is able to and sees a need.
